A QTSP is an entity certified under eIDAS to provide qualified trust services including QEAAs under eIDAS 2.0.
Certification requires conformity assessment, compliance with ETSI standards (EN 319 401, TS 119 471).
Cost: 1-3 million EUR, timeline 12-18 months hybrid approach. Article 45h(3) requires the QEAA service to operate under a separate legal entity.
